EMCKA Hawaii uses Kaiser Permanente to quote, apply, and enroll individuals & families for health coverage through Kaiser Permanente for Hawaii residents. Plans & Prices are quoted through Kaiser. Please review Kaiser’s privacy policy. EMCKA Hawaii uses Ethos to quote, apply, and enroll individuals & their family members in term life insurance coverage through various insurance carriers.
